În Valea Călătoriei

Representative Text

1 În valea călătoriei,
Bucuros sfârşesc calea.
Păstorul meu mă va păzi,
În El pun nedejdea mea,
Iar dacă furtuna vine,
În contrămi valuri pornesc,
Eu cu credinţă sus privesc
Şi întărire primesc.

2 A murit Isus pe cruce,
Păcatele lea luat;
Din iubire şi’ndurare
Şi pentru minea răbdat.
Pentr’a ceea eu bucuros
Am dat Lui inima mea,
Eu nici nu aş putea trăi
Isus, fără milata!

3 În rana ta am aflat eu
Mântuire viaţă.
Sunt curat prin sângele tău,
Oh rămâi în inimă;
Lumea las’ să mă urască,
Voi purta batjocora;
Îţi voi urma cu credinţă,
În toată viaţa mea!

In some hymnals, the editors noted that a hymn's author is unknown to them, and so this artificial "person" entry is used to reflect that fact. Obviously, the hymns attributed to "Author Unknown" "Unknown" or "Anonymous" could have been written by many people over a span of many centuries. Go to person page >
