சிம்மாசனமுன்னே, வீணே ஏகேனே,
என் வேண்டல் கேளுமே, இயேசுவின் மூலமே,
ஆன்மாவில் நம்பிக்கை விழிக்கச்செய்யும்.

2 என் உள்ளம் வைத்தேனே, உம் முன்னமே,
காத்திங்கே கிடந்து, குற்றம் செய்தங்கே,
வந்தே தீ மூட்டிடும், நம்பி முனைந்திட,
தூங்கிடும் யாழை நீர் துதிக்கச்செய்யும்.

3 நீர் எங்கள் தாபரம், எம் வாழ்விலே,
உம் அன்பை காண்கிறோம் காலா காலமாய்,

Born: July 12, 1960, Danish Mission Hospital, Tirukovilur, Tamil Nadu, India. A fourth-generation Christian, Barathi is the son of E. Soundararajan (1932–1997), a Presbyterian pastor in Chennai for 47 years, and Ruby Viruthambal, and husband of Evelyn Priscilla Vasanthi. In 1986, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology (and passed Grade VIII Classical Guitar, Trinity College Exams at the Chennai Local Center). In 1989, he completed a Bachelor of Arts in Church Music from the Asian Institute for Liturgy and Music in Manila, Philippines.
