நல் தூய உள்ளத்தோர்,
அவர் அறிவார் தேவ இராட்ஜியம்
கிறிஸ்துவும் அங்கே.

2 தேவன் விண்ணைவிட்டு,
சமாதானம் தர,
மண்ணோரோடு தங்கிவாழ
இராஜன் ஆசார்யனாய்.

3 தாழ்மையுள்ளம் கொண்டால்
தம்மைக்காண்பிப்பாரே,
நம் உள்ளம் தொட்டில் சிம்மாசனம்
வீற்றிருப்பாரே.

4 உம் பிரசன்னம் தேட,
அதெம்மாசீராமே,
நீர் தாரும் தாழ்மை தூய்மைஉள்ளம்
நீர் வாசம் செய்ய.

Keble, John, M.A., was born at Fairford, in Gloucestershire, on St. Mark's Day, 1792. His father was Vicar of Coln St. Aldwin's, about three miles distant, but lived at Fairford in a house of his own, where he educated entirely his two sons, John and Thomas, up to the time of their entrance at Oxford. In 1806 John Keble won a Scholarship at Corpus Christi College, and in 1810 a Double First Class, a distinction which up to that time had been gained by no one except Sir Robert Peel. In 1811 he was elected a Fellow of Oriel, a very great honour, especially for a boy under 19 years of age; and in 1811 he won the University Prizes both for the English and Latin Essays. Born: Ju­ly 12, 1960, Dan­ish Mis­sion Hos­pi­tal, Ti­ru­ko­vi­lur, Ta­mil Na­du, In­dia. A fourth-ge­ne­ra­tion Christ­ian, Ba­ra­thi is the son of E. Soun­da­ra­ra­jan (1932–1997), a Pres­by­ter­ian pas­tor in Chen­nai for 47 years, and Ru­by Vi­ru­tham­bal, and hus­band of Eve­lyn Pris­cil­la Va­san­thi. In 1986, he earned a Ba­che­lor of Arts in psy­cho­lo­gy (and passed Grade VIII Class­ic­al Gui­tar, Tri­ni­ty Col­lege Ex­ams at the Chen­nai Lo­cal Cen­ter). In 1989, he comp­let­ed a Ba­che­lor of Arts in Church Mu­sic from the As­ian In­sti­tute for Li­tur­gy and Mu­sic in Ma­ni­la, Phil­ip­pines.
