1 When it seems your trials are so hard to bear,
All alone you walk along with none to care;
Trust the merits of the grace of God each day,
God will bear your heavy burdens all away.

Use the grace of God, there is a rich supply,
God has grace unmeasured in His house on high,
Know that He has proven by His word and deed,

2 Do not trust to self when evil would assail,
Trust the grace of God which nevermore shall fail;

3 “More abundant” grace He gives to those in need,
