1 Though the hosts of sin oppose, where the King Eternal goes
We will follow on, His banner bright we bear;
Well we know our Captain’s pow’r in the trying danger hour,
There is victory with Jesus ev’rywhere.

Refrain:
There is victory, there is victory,
There is victory with Jesus ev’rywhere;
There is victory, there is victory,
There is victory with Jesus ev’rywhere.

2 We will never quit the field, nor our blessed standard yield,
He who conquered will not leave us to despair;
Girding on the Spirit sword, trusting only in the Lord,
There is victory with Jesus ev’rywhere. [Refrain]

3 Soon the clouds will roll away, glory gild the triumph day,
Crowns of life shall be the prize the victors wear;
All the battles bravely won, we shall hear the King’s “well done!”
There is victory with Jesus ev’rywhere. [Refrain]
