1 I shall rise to meet my King
When Jesus comes;
Cleave the air on joyful wing
When Jesus comes;
Hear the angels singing,
Sweetest music ringing;
O the joyful meeting,
When Jesus comes.

Chorus:
When Jesus comes, when Jesus comes,
There’ll be a joyful meeting
When Jesus comes;
When Jesus comes, when Jesus comes,
There’ll be a joyful meeting
When Jesus comes.

2 I shall see my heav’nly home,
When Jesus comes;
Join the saints around the throne
When Jesus comes
In the realms of glory
I’ll repeat the story,
Praise the Lord who loved me,
When Jesus comes. [Chorus]

3 All the conflict will be o’er
When Jesus comes;
Saints will meet to part no more
When Jesus comes;
Near the crystal river,
Live with God forever,
All our trials over,
When Jesus comes. [Chorus]
