1 On Zion, his most holy mount,
God has a feast prepared;
And Israel's sons, and Gentile lands,
Have inthe banquet shared.

2 Marrow and fatness are the food
His bounteous hand bestows;
Wine on the lees, and well refined,
In rich abundance flows.

3 See! to the vilest o fthe vile
A free acceptance given!
E'en we, by his adopting grace,
Sit as the heirs of heaven!

4 But O! what draughts of bliss unknown!
What danties shall be given!
When, with the myriads round the throne,
We join the feast of heaven.

5 There, joys immeasurably high
Shall overflow the soul;
Andsprings of life, that never dry,
In thousand channels roll.
